Holiday Shipping:No orders will be shipped the weeks of Thanksgiving , Christmas, and New Years.

Rooting: Pacific Growers roots their cuttings in Preforma. Preforma consists of a high quality peat moss in combination with a special binding agent to give excellent stability, air space, structure and drainage. Roots develop quickly in Preforma and are undamaged during transport and transplanting.

Shipping Cost*:Prices include royalty and tags*. Quantities based on total volume for season. Orders already shipped are not repriced when additional orders are placed bringing volume up to the next level. Orders already shipped are posted to volume discounts for the season. There will be a $5 charge for partial boxes. Extra cost incurred for export papers and phytosanitary inspection will be added to the invoice.

Shipping: F.O.B Blaine, WA via Federal Express, Amtrak, Greyhound, Grower Truck, or Customer pick-up. Air Freight F.O.B Seattle International Airport.

Claims: The customer must accept the shipment or the right to a claim is forfeited. Shipping related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If a customer receives damaged goods they must notify the carrier. Pacific Growers will file the claim upon receiving notification from the broker. Quality or shortage claims must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. Failure to report problems within the specified time limits could jeopardize any related credit claims.

Cancellations: Cancellations or any decrease in quantity must be made no later than six weeks prior to the ship date.
